1. Terms of Return

• Since we offer digital products (notes, PDFs, courses, etc.), we do not accept returns once the material has been downloaded or accessed.
• Physical products (if any) may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

2. Condition of Return (for physical items)

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for return.

3. Valid Reasons for Return

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

• Wrong item delivered
• Item received in damaged condition
• Product is defective or incomplete

3. Ship the product to the address provided in our response.

5. Refund Process

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and credited via your original method of payment.
• Digital products are non-refundable, except in rare cases such as duplicate payment or technical errors.
